479 Aperol Spritz

479 Wine Aperol Spritz RecipeOne of this summers trendiest cocktails, the Aperol Spritz has gained favor amongst the masses as the ultimate thirst quencher. Whether your poolside or lounging on lake Como, this Italian favorite is sure to keep you beaming.

Originating from Northeastern Italy, a classic Aperol Spritz is comprised of 2 parts Aperol, 3 parts Prosecco, and as splash of club soda to cut the bitterness, served over ice and garnished with an orange peel and rosemary. However, we like to spice it up by adding a few more ingredients with Campari and Hendricks Gin.

Light, bubbly and a burst of fresh citrus and herbs the bitterness of our 479 Aperol Spritz is balanced out with the fizziness of Prosecco and Club Soda.
