After graduating school and working as a business consultant in Washington, DC, Jason Barrett returned to his hometown of Rochester to follow his passion for bourbon and opened up his own distillery.
The first distillery to exist in Rochester since Prohibition, Black Button specializing in grain-to-glass spirits which can be exemplified best in Black Button Cask Strength Bourbon. Distilled from 60% Corn, 20% Wheat, 11% Malted Barley and 9% Rye, this bourbon offers a strong robust flavor as it is uncut an unfiltered to provide an old world style.
