After graduating school and working as a business consultant in Washington, DC, Jason Barrett returned to his hometown of Rochester to follow his passion for bourbon and opened up his own distillery.

Black Button Four Grain Bourbon is made from a locally sourced ingredients with a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 9% rye, and 11% malted barley. This spirit has the right balance of sweet and smoky.
Notes: Smooth, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of brown sugar, orange peel, and black pepper.
