Utilizing sustainable farming practices throughout the growing season Rombauer vineyards produces an array of wines that deserve recognition. Among, our favorites is Rombauer Carneros Chardonnay.
The Carneros region is exclusively owned by the Rombauer family and rand by the Sangiacomo family who have farmed this land for three generations. With the heavy Spring rains to replenish the reservoirs the harvest is more than bountiful. Handpicked and the grapes are then gently pressed while the fruit was still cool, then pumped to cold-settle overnight before it is fermentation.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of peach, honeydew, lychee and lemon
