Borgo Bella Chianti is a classic example of what a Chianti should be robust and velvety. Made with 100% Sangiovese grapes that are harvested by hand and vinified with an extended skin-contact for its deep hue. Then Macerated for another 12-14 days before fermentation takes place this wine has an unmistakable Tuscan personality, but feel free to pair it with more than just your pasta dishes.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of cherry, plum, and coffee.
