Crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley that is triple distilled through three separate copper-pot stills. First, a wash still, then a feint still and finally a spirit still.
The Whiskey is a blended of fine grain whiskeys that have been aged for a minimum of 4 years and aged in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks to add spicy and sweet notes.
