Dalton D Petite Sirah's winery is located on the costal plain close to Gadera where the past 3 years have been spent fine-tuning the viticulture. With a mid-September harvest this Petit Sirah is easy to handle with a velvety palate and presence of soft tannins.Once fermentation is complete, the wine is pressed out and racked into new American barrels for 10 months to mature.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aromas of lavender, leather and wood with flavors of lavendar, vanilla and olives
