Teperberg Impression Cabernet Sauvignon

Teperberg Impression collection is sure to leave a lasting one with its Cabernet Sauvignon.This velvety smooth body and a slightly sweet Cabernet is mechanically harvested and destemmed after a gentle pressing. After this, the wine is transferred with the skins and seeds into stainless steel tanks to begin the fermentation, which takes 7 days to generate the desired color, flavors, and aromas typical of this variety. Fermented a second time to stabilize and soften the wine the wine then matures in French and American oak barrels for six months.
