Crafted from the award-winning distillery in Niigata, Japan, Shibui Pure Malt is made from wheat and a Scottish Lowlands malt whisky. Distilled in continuous Column Stills and matured in three types of barrels: Ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Mizunara oak casks to produce an ultra soft sip that is full of complex and subtle flavors and a lingering, sweet oak finish.
