Crafted from the award-winning distillery in Niigata, Japan, Shibui Pure Malt is made from 100% malted barley whisky and a Scottish Lowlands malt whisky. Matured in three types of barrels: ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry and mizunara oak casks to produce an ultra soft sip that is full of complex and subtle flavors and a lingering, sweet oak finish.
