Katerine is on of the few dessert expressions from Voskevaz. Made from late harvested Khaket grapes that are native to Armenia. Made by stopping the fermentation process while the grapes are at a naturally higher sugar level (16%) then stabilizing the wine with alcohol made from distilled khaket wine. Voskevaz Katarine Dessert Wine is then barrel aged to increase complexity. The result is a blend of delightful dark fruit and spice flavors that serves as an excellent dessert wine.
