Among those wines, Galil Meron, which is a blend of 78% Syrah, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot. Once harvest, pressed and fermented this wine is aged for 16 months in French Oak barrels that adds a wood undertone that compliments its already dark fruit flavors.
