Har Odem Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted in the Odem Mountain Winery, which is located in Israel’s northernmost winery in the Golan Heights.
Full-bodied, this Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense concentration in both aroma and palate, which is partly due to its aging in oak barrels for approximately 18 months.
On the nose you will experience deep spices accompanied by dark fruits. The palate echos the aromas with the addition of acidity and medium tannins that coat the mouth for a long finish.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, cassis, tobacco, cherries and oak.
Pairings: Lamb kebab, roasted peppers, feta cheese
Serving Suggestions: Room temperature
Region: Israel
Alcohol Content: 14.5%
