When it comes to Kosher wine, few can compete with the Herzog family's collection. So it is no surprise that years ago they took it upon themselves to plant and raised 12 select varietals, each chosen for their unique qualities to explore and with which to create. What was produced was Herzog Lineage Camouflage; a limited edition wine, commemorating the 30th anniversary of making their wines in California. The key to this Eco-fermented wine's remarkable taste is how each grape builds on one another.
