A unique aspect of Kishor Winery has more to do with the hands that make the wine than what's actually in the wine. Located in the Kibbutz Kishorit, a home for adults with special needs that are active contributors in the winery.
Comprised of 85 % Viognier and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Kishor Viognier is fermented in French Oak barrels and aged in sur lees for 5 months. The result is a velvety white wine with balanced fruit acid and pleasing mouthfeel.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, melon, lily and ginger.
