It was over 250 years ago, in Israel that a cave was quarried inside a natural grove in the heart of the Carmel Mountains. By natures fortuity, this cave was transformed into the perfect wine cellar. Binyamina The Cave is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Harvested in the choicest vineyards in the Upper Galilee these grapes are aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
