250 Years ago, in the heart of the Menashe Hills an enormous cave was quarried inside a natural grove.The conditions created by the cave's natural features turned it into an ideal wine cellar, and in the 19th Century it was used as such.
Today the cave serves as home to the The Cave boutique winery. Made from a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot, The Cave wine undergoes a meticulous production processes as it is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
