Produced solely from fruit grown in the northern Golan Heights, Israel's coldest wine growing region, Yarden Chardonnay is aged for seven months in French oak barrels, of which 40% are new.The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are optimal conditions for growing and is evident with every sip. Ready to enjoy upon release, the wine will continue to develop in the bottle for a few years.
