Cooked for three-fo-four days in a pit oven using volcanic rock and firewood this mezcal is then
distilled using firewood and a copper alembic still to produce a fragrant aroma of citrus and herbs and a palate that is bursting with ultra rich flavors.
Notes: Smooth, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of tobacco, butter, rosemary and grapefruit
