Yarden Muscat is unabashedly sweet, yet elegant and drinkable. Produced in the rolling hills of Golan Heights you'll find optimal volcanic basaltic soil and a cool high-altitude climate, which yields some of the finest Muscat grapes. By adding oak-aged brandy early in the fermentation this dessert wine takes on a plethora of flavor that is neither overbearing or underwhelming.
Notes: Sweet, light-bodied. Aromas of orange zest, spice and florals with flavors of citrus and tropical fruit.
Pairings: Caramel chocolate, pignoli cookies or sharp cheeses.
