Hand-harvested, Gascon Malbec is a wonderfully well rounded Malbec with soft tannins and a plush mouthfeel that lead to a long, velvety finish. Undergoing dual fermentation, to create this smooth velvety taste is no simple feat but once achieved it then spends seven months in oak casks to infuse a subtle spice notes that glide along your palate with each sip.
