All of Silver Oak's estate vineyards are certified under California's Sustainable Wine growing program and it shows. Yielding a ripe, rich, layered, yet elegant wine, made from 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.Silver Oak combines elegance and depth in a balanced expression and continues to evolve in the glass over the course of a meal.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aromas of cassis jam, mocha, violets and nutmeg with flavors of berry, strawberry and black cherry.
