A premium rum distilled in the Las Cabras Distillery, in Panama, Zafra 21 Year Rum is crafted by Cuban master Francisco " "Don Pancho" Fernandez. Made from molasses and aged in American bourbon barrels for at least 21 years which give this spice filled favorite its dark amber color with copper hues. Balanced perfectly with fruit and spice, the result is an elegant and inviting aroma that leads to an exceedingly smooth palate that is oak filled, but sweet, assertive, yet not dominating.
