Ramon Cardova has always prided themselves in the development of top-quality wine, using innovative techniques while preserving Riojan traditions. It's this precise philosophy that has allowed the brand to prevail, generation after generation.
In order for a wine to be dubbed Crianza it the tempranillo grapes need to be aged for 12 months in American oak casks and another 6 months in the bottle prior to release. What sets this apart from other Crianza's (other than the fact that it's Kosher) is that it has medium tannins and acidity, which pairs well with red meats and pasta dishes.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of jam, vanilla, pepper and bay leaf.
Pairings: Lamb shank, roasted vegetables, baked ziti
Serving Suggestions: Room temperature
Region: Spain
Alcohol Content: 14%
