Established in 1879. C.M. Dedman Distillery was Founded by local pharmacist Charles Mortimer and was thriving until Prohibition forced them to close their doors.
It wasn't until 2014 when 5 generation Master Blender, Dixon Dedman revived the Family business and began producing both Kentucky Owl Bourbon and Rye.
