It is in the province of Pescara, Italy 30 miles from the coast and 8 miles from the Maiella Mountains where Zaccagnini Pinot Grigio is made. Harvested by hand, the grapes are then fermented with gentle pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing to preserve all of its delicate and complex aromas.
Keeping tradition, each bottle is finished with a small piece of the "Tralcetto", or grape vine, around its neck, which has since become their signature hallmark.
Notes: Dry, light-bodied. Aroma of lemon and gardenia
Pairings: Bronzino, Chicken paillard, Waldorf Salad
