Baron Herzog Sauvignon Blanc reflects the character of the grapes grown in the cool Central Coast appellations of San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara County. Within each bottle of Baron Herzog Sauvignon Blanc rests the heritage of winemaking excellence spanning nine generations.
Cold fermented between 55F - 60F in stainless steel tanks, then approximately 20% aged with new French Oak for three months. Like most wines, this one gets better with age as it gains complexity for the next 3 to 5 years if stored in proper climate.
