Necessity is the mother of invention; perhaps that's why Brandy & Benedictine (more commonly known as B&B ) was created during prohibition. This finely crafted blend was first crafted in the 1930's by a New York bartender from Club Twenty One. Comprised of 27 different plants and spices including juniper, myrrh, saffron, aloe and cinnamon ( that's just in the Benedictine portion this liqueur is balanced with bold depth of flavors and a mellow finish.
Notes: Semi-sweet, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of honey, sage, licorice, black tea and baking spices.
