Straddled between the provinces of Florence and Siena you will find the Campomaggio Estate and their lush vineyards. It's there that Sangiovese grapes used for Campomaggio Chianti Classico wine dangle on the vine until peak maturation. Then and only then are the grapes harvested and fermented to produce a uniquely modern chianti. Aged for 12 months in oak casks this wine pairs best with gamier dishes and can be stored for an additional year for extra aging.
