Founded by Arturo Lomeli in 1997, Clase Azul Tequila has taken the world by storm by producing world-class tequilas and mezcals. Each expression exemplifies the brands deep appreciation of Mexican traditions and culture.
Each unique bottles are hand crafted and individually painted by over 100 artisans from an indigenous community in the small town of Santa Maria Canchesdá and takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.
Produced in one of the highest points in Los Altos, in the town of Jesus Maria in the region of Jalisco. Clase Azul tequila is made using 100% organic Blue Weber agaves. Harvested and cooked in the traditional fashion for 72 hours, the piñas are then rushed to extract the juices, which are then mixed with a special proprietary yeast. After the fermentation process, the alcohol is double distilled and crafted to perfection.
