In 1939, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth made history when they became the first reigning monarchs to journey across North America, traveling from Quebec City to Vancouver by train. Prior to their arrival, a local entrepreneur set out to craft a whiskey that the King and Queen could enjoy in the privacy of their rail car. It was then that Crown Royal was born.
Today, Crown Royal is made from the finest Canadian ingredients and is comprised of
50 whiskeys that make up their signature blend and infused with Regal Gala Apples for a juicy, and crisp profile. Once infused, the whiskey is aged in used and first-fill charred oak barrels.
After the whiskeys have been expertly aged, they are blended meticulously to produce the unique expression of Crown Royal Apple Canadian Whiskey.
