Dalton vineyards strive for sustainability and minimal intervention to ensure that the wine you taste is as should be. Cultivated from the fervent soil of Israel. Dalton Estate M, which stands for Mevushal is harvested in late September and early October. Rich and well-balanced, this wine is matured in French and American oak barrels for 10 months. After which, each barrel is separately tasted for quality and then blended.
