Made from mix of barbera, zinfandel and a little cabernet, Dalton Rose is typically harvested towards the end of the summer. In order to produce its captivating hue the grapes are left to soak in their skins for 8 hours before they are sent off to be pressed. There the grapes are cold fermented for 3 weeks to blossom into a truly delicate Rose.
