El Enemigo (the Enemy) gets its name from as simple ideal; "At the end of the journey, we remember one one battle. The one we fought against ourselves and the original enemy. The one that defined us." Although the namesake refers to the eternal turmoil of good an evil, its contents exhibit only the good if you prefer a chardonnay that is savory with a bit of sweetness.
Produced in the foothills of the Andes Mountains at Piedemonte al Sur in Mendoza, Argentina. El Enemigo Chardonnay is crafted by Winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, the Chief Winemaker at Bodega Catena Zapata and the former head of the soil division at Argentina’s Wine Institute.
