Jethro La Citadelle De Diamant Merlot is comprised of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are harvested from the Upper Galilee region of Israel. Its seductive color is reflective of its dark fruit flavors and moderate notes of spice and oak. Elegant and slightly acidic, this wine is perfect to accompany a variety of meat dishes.
