Jezreel Valley Adumim Red Blend is a rich, spicy and complex fusion of Carignan, Syrah and Argaman. Each component is aged separately for 14 to 16 months in 50% new oak before being blended and stored for an additional two months in order for the varieties to harmonize.
Dark in color, this ruby wine has a bouquet of black cherry, lavender and juniper berry and offers a fruit filled, smoky finish with velvety tannins and flavors of cassis, black plum, espresso, chocolate and a hint of green pepper.
