The Carmel King David Sacramental is a traditional Israeli Kiddush wine used for almost sixty years. Founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, owner of Chateau Lafite in Bordeaux. Carmel also has two small, state-of-the-art wineries close to key vineyards, to allow production of small quantities of handcrafted wines.

Notes: Sweet, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of sugar, jam and grapes
Pairings: Veal, brisket and honey
Serving Suggestions: Room temperature
Region: Israel
