The aromatic Peraj Petita Rosat by Capcanes consists of 60% Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, and 20% Merlot grown in the Montsant region of Catalonia, Spain. Made using the saignÌe method, with no direct press and a short maceration from 4 to 6 hours, the wine is then aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of rose, strawberry and red currant.
