After being introduced to his Bourbon, by his wife ( a Louisville native) founder Kaveh Zamanian was lured away from his beloved Scotch. The charm and allure of Bourbon was too strong for Zamanian and he found himself falling down the rabbit hole as he embarked on create his own signature Bourbon.
Rabbit Hole Dareringer Bourbon is crafted with patience and skill--as all bourbons should be. With a mash bill of 68% corn, 18% wheat and 14% malted barely, Dareringer is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The mash bill and the time it spends in alligator char barrels imparts the spice, but it's the aging in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks that give it its sweetness.
Refined but not pompous, this bourbon offers a unique flavor profile of mixed nuts, spice and cherry that linger on the tongue just long enough for your next sip.
