The grapes for the Rocca Delle Macie Chianti Classico are selected and picked by hand. The grape is then macerated for 12 -14 days then aged in Slavonian or French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months.
Notes: Dry, full-bodied. Aroma of wild berries, cinnamon, spices and violet. Flavors of vanilla, current, and clove.
