Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee, Segal's Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is mainly comprised of Dishon Vineyard grapes. Aged for fourteen months in a mixture of French and American oak, this wine exhibits balanced levels of fruit and tannins with a slightly oaky finish.
