Tabor Adama Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the foot of Mount Tabor in Galil, Israel. This unique area is characterized with stony Terra Rossa soil causing the vine roots to search for stored water deep within the Earth. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and for an additional year after bottling this wine is refined with a deep hue and a rich body.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas of blackberry, plum, currant and raspberries. Flavors of cherries, vanilla, cedar and oak.
