The Tabor "T" Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a Bordeaux style blend produced from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Each varietal was aged separately for 12 months in French oak barrels, to their unique profiles to develop and flourish. Once they reached their pinnacle they are careful blended and bottled.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of raspberry, cherry, violets, cedar and vanilla
Pairings: Chicken kebab, portobello mushrooms, risotto
