Made from a 100% Monastrell grapes that are harvested from 50 year old vineyards, Tarima Monastrell is all about tradition. Utilizing old world methods of dry farmed viticulture with Organic goblet trained vines. Cultivation is done completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. Each grape is selected meticulously through hand harvesting, fermented in steel pools and aged in french barrel for 6 months.
