After five generations, Moti Teperberg keeps the family vision alive at the Teperberg Winery. It is there, in the Judean Mountains that Teperberg Vision Cabernet Sauvignon is made. Mechanically harvested and fermented for 7 days this Cabernet then undergoes a secondary fermenting process (malolactic fermentation) to stabilize and soften the wine after it has been distilled. Lastly, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for 5 months.
