
For nearly two centuries, The Glenlivet Distillery has been producing the “single malt whisky that started it all.” Fermented from locally sourced barley that is double— first through wash still and then again through spirits still to strip the whisky of any impurities, The Glenlivet Archive 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Following distillation, Master Distiller Alan Winchester ages the liquid in ex-sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 21 years (a portion of the whisky is matured for up to 40 years).The result is an ultra smooth and slightly sweet Scotch that is perfect for the holidays.
