Plantings of Muscat in Armenia date back centuries. Voskevaz makes Urzana from the rare Armenian Muscat Vardabuyr (Rose Essence) clone. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully pressed and fermented to preserve the unique varietal aroma complexity of the grapes. The wine is fermented in steel and bottled without any time in oak.
