The 2015 Yarden Sauvignon Blanc is produced exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes by the Golan Heights Winery in northern Israel. Aged in French oak barrels for 2 months adds a light toasted flavor to the already complex characters typical of the Sauvignon Blanc.
Notes: Dry, medium-bodied. Aromas of fruit with flavors of lemon, apple and cantaloupe
